What to expect when you reach out
- A real conversation, 15–30 minutes. You talk, I listen. Then plain-English answers to whatever you ask.
- Honest direction. If a reverse mortgage fits, I'll show you real numbers in writing. If it doesn't, I'll tell you what I'd do instead.
- Your timeline, always. Take weeks or months to decide. Involve your family. I don't do follow-up pressure — one check-in, then the ball stays in your court.
